The goal of all of this is to provide them insight and vision to help them make proactive decisions rather than reactive decisions to built a successful professional service firm and knowing the struggles and challenges in doing that, we?ve built a better and more affordable software to help more small businesses or individuals who want to venture out on their own have access to software which will help them be more successful and better informed to build and grow a business. SQUAVA really is much better than the comparable products available in the market today.
The Job
Being a smaller start-up company, we rely on the quality, talent, and ambition of our staff in their roles because our staff wear several hats at this stage. Extensive experience is not essential: we are looking for a bright individual that is motivated and eager to learn and fill an important role in with our company.
This Customer Success & Sales role today entails:
Customer On-boarding - our process to help customers become adept with our software and bring their current information into the software as quickly and painlessly as possible
Engage leads as we generate them and help move them through the sales process, which is simply: lead > contact > demo > trial > customer
Contact leads, answer questions, and schedule demos
Perform software demos (once trained and familiar with software)
Support customers in trial
an ideal candidate will create customers from leads
Promptly and helpfully engage customers with questions, suggestions, or problems with the software. This does not entail a lot of time as the software is pretty solid and simple.
Help with online lead generation efforts (including social media outreach)
Create Help and Knowledge Base articles
Product testing and review
This responsibility will likely change as we grow, but this is a great opportunity to be part of creating and enhancing the early stages of our processes and Customer Success strategies. An ambitious, talented, and capable individual will have the opportunity to serve a prominent role and lead these efforts for our company as we hire more staff and grow.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent Customer Service
Pleasant, patient, and helpful attitude
Very computer and software proficient
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fun personality
Business management process experience is a plus
The successful candidate will be positive, personable, attentive to details, ambitious, helpful, and able to communicate and collaborate well. In addition, the candidate should be eager to work hard to learn and improve in their position, ideally with longer-term interests in opportunities to have more responsibility.
