Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Property Management Company looking for qualified, upbeat, and ambitious accounts receivable personnel.
Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with association board members and homeowners via telephone & in person.
Must assist all guests in a friendly manner, with customer service always being top priority.
Upload and post daily lockbox payment files
Post checks to homeowner's accounts in a timely manner
Research and resolve payment discrepancies with homeowners
Verify monthly billing and other charges
Monitor owner account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Send out monthly delinquent notices to homeowners
Post late fees, violations, and other charges to homeowner accounts
Process automatic bank drafts for homeowners' accounts
Monitor collections, communicate with attorneys, enter notice of trustee sale dates
Process payment plans & communicate with homeowners
Process coupons and statements
:
Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk
HOA experience a HUGE plus
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection policies
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures
Data entry skills
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Team Player
Compensation depending on experience
