Sales Associates Job Opening in Newington, New hampshire - This is Tempary seasonal position for the rest of the back to school season and through the holiday season. Position is approximately expected to run till the end January.
Position Summary:
The sales associate supports the management team in achieving financial goals and promoting a positive work environment. This is accomplished through demonstrating selling behaviors, meeting customer service standards and completing register procedures for customer transactions. Additionally, the sales associate assists management in maintaining store presentation and completing operational tasks.

Customer service and sales floor leadership:
- provide exceptional customer serive to all customers utilizing brand specific selling programs
- maintain awareness of customer traffic at all times

Store operations:

Requirements:
Work schedule:
- Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours a week and minimum of 3 days a week
- Availability must all for the store to adhere to company policy and effective scheduling
- Must be able to work the weekend following Thankgiving included but not limited to Black Friday it self
Physical Requirements - Work quickly to complete physical tasks such as showing merchandise to customers, placing merchandise in fixtures, setting new lines, completing daily maintenance which includes, but not limited to, climbing ladders, cleaning, and lifiting boxes ranging from 5-50 lbs - Possess the ability to read, write, and conduct business-related mathematics - Operate a register terminal and calculator
Qualifications: - 1-3 years previous management skills - 1 year in speciality retail- Open availability perfered but not required (but must have two nights of closing availability and at least one weekend day of availability)
