Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Raymond, New hampshire - We are a small, family-owned business with multiple operations, but primarily property management, seeking candidates to fill a full-time position. This is a new position for our growing company. If you enjoy a fast-paced, varied, and creative environment give us a try.
Duties include:
AP/AR/Payroll for multiple sets of books
Cost accounting
Weekly deposits
Manage cash flow
On line banking and electronic payment acceptance
Weekly and monthly reporting
Lease enforcement
Maintain multiple tenant databases
Maintain tenant ledgers
Maintain work order database
Weekly meeting minutes
Office duties ? phones, filing, mail processing, etc.
Deal with owners, tenants and trades people from a varying range of economic circumstances
Maintain a clean office
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
Knowledge of property management and/or construction preferred
Must be organized and be able to multi-task
Attention to detail is essential for this position
Must be able to demonstrate a successful history of confidentiality; bondability preferred
