Reconcile daily payment batches from all locations
Reconcile credit card statements monthly with receipts
Mailing check payments
Reconciling credit card statements
Summarizing information on excel spreadsheets
Entry of bills into Quickbooks
Scanning incoming checks and getting ready for deposit
