Responsible for assisting with effective activities program and other initiatives designed to meet the social, psycho-social and therapeutic needs of Nursing Home.
Meet expected goals and maintain a healthy, productive and warm environment.
Work with residents to meet their individual goals through the activities and programs implemented.
Applicants should have prior experience working in long term care environment
