Requirements:
We are seeking a seasoned, driven and polished professional that is coachable and enthusiastic to adopt the New Home Star processes and systems.
A 4-year college degree is desired but not required.
Each associate must be willing to obtain a Real Estate License within a reasonable specified time. (We will help you obtain one!)
?Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office applications.
Strong client/customer service skills and abilities.
?Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
?Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
