VP of Sales Job Opening in Montgomery, Alabama - Conserv is a division of First Coast Wildlife Services, LLC. We are the fastest growing wildlife control company in the world. We provide wildlife control, restoration, and prevention services throughout the entire U.S.
Objective
To grow our brand to be the #1 Pest & Wildlife Control company in Alabama by focusing on getting the most out of our advertising by utilizing every opportunity to protect property and resolve pest issues as fast as possible. This position will require daily sales training and a focus on sales to build a team of employees that are highly trained to solve problems and serve clients with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
Daily Sales Training Monday-Friday minimum 15 minutes per day on the best sales training platform in the world.
Remain available to handle inbound calls 7 days a week until a large enough team is built.
Perform interviews to bring in an excellent staff
Manage employees by leading by example
Perform Property Inspections to diagnose pest & wildlife issues and create a solution
Provide clients with complete solutions to protect their property with our MAXIMUM PROTECTION Programs
Travel to any areas within the state as needed (company vehicle and expense card provided).
Schedule work to be completed in a timely manner
Provide quality control inspections after jobs are completed to ensure work meets company standards
Remove nuisance wildlife in urgent situations as needed with catch poles
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or 5 Years Experience as Sales Manager or VP
Physically fit to climb through attics, crawl spaces, and on roofs
2 Years Sales
Positive attitude at all times
Clean background and driving record
Strong knowledge of wildlife (3 years hunting or trapping experience preferred)
Willing to get dirty daily
Lead team of employees to maintain rapport and high moral
Great Communication Skills
Follow all company policies at all times
Self Motivated
Able to work alone
An appetite for constant improvement no matter what level of success is attained
Goal Oriented
Willing to do whatever it takes to drive results

Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
