The ideal candidate is someone who understands the value of customer service, can multi task, and is able to view the school's needs from an administrative perspective. The role will report directly to the Center Director but will work closely with our parents, students, and teachers. Job responsibilities include: *Cheerfully and professionally answering telephones and helping customers and potential customers *Open/Close center *Communicate about our school programs, curriculum, pricing, operating policies and procedures with parents, future parents, and staff *Maintain knowledge of of state childcare licensing, NAEYC regulations, and CACFP *Maintain and create forms, bus logs, staff time sheets, etc. *Manage school paperwork and electronic filing systems *Organize and maintain the front desk and lobby in a professional manner *Develop understanding of school's operations to better help parents, students, and teachers *Ability to communicate non-routine information with tact and persuasion as appropriate *Regularly exercise good judgment and assume responsibility where needed Required Skills: *Excellent oral and phone communication skills *Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications *Highly organized *Strong written communication skills *Copying, faxing, and filing *Willingness and ability to work on a team *Multi Tasking *Professionalism Hours of operation: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Send resume to: or Fax to We are also, in need of some very caring teacher's for our 3'sand 4 yr olds, Pre-K and After School Program. Minimum CDA required . � Knowledge as a parent or in previous work experience of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children. � Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Responsibilities: � Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a class of children. � Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis. � Plan and Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Country Corners CDC Inc preferred curriculum outlines and materials. � Plans with the Director all required parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations. � Provides an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration and decision-making by the children. � Provides the children with verbal praises and acceptance while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior. � Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas and playgrounds. � Assists and coordinates snacks, meals, nap time and bathroom activities. � Maintains the Country Corners CDC Inc Inc. professional attitude and work behavior. � Assists in other capacities as determined by the Director. � Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions as determined by the Director. � Observes all rules and regulations of Country Corners CDC Inc and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children. � Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the training manual. atlanta ga georgia Phone:
