Inside Sales Material & Supplies Inside Salesperson Job Opening in New Castle, Delaware - Responsible for the sales of new, larger equipment, materials and supplies. Responsibilities are separated into two main components, Materials & Supplies, and Equipment Sales & Rentals.
Processing incoming phone calls from both customers and outside sales and recording accurate records of calls.
Assisting customers in finding proper material or supplies including specifications, availability, and cost.
Ability to read blueprints to estimate jobs
Contacting vendors for pricing, availability and delivery time
Preparing and recording accurate quotes for customer?s projects using the QuoteWerks software.
Using CDC Online for tracking of ongoing, bidding, and future projects.
Using website for government bids for materials & equipment.
Processing Material & Supply sales, material reservations and purchase orders using the Wynne software.
Informing Supervisor and appropriate outside salesperson of customers requests, sales and loss of sales.
Coordinating with Equipment & Rental personnel for rentals or equipment to be used with materials & supplies sold.
Assisting Purchasing Department on required products for projects and low stock.
Assisting Warehouse personnel in accurate filling of sales order and staging of material for delivery.
Providing customers with MSDS sheets for sold materials
Assisting Dispatcher to secure an adequate delivery time for customer sales
Assisting with counter requests and walk-in customers for materials & Supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $54,000.00 /year
