MARKETER IN HOME CARE AGENCY Job Opening in Hackensack, New jersey - Eleon Healthcare Inc., a home care agency in Hackensack, NJ is looking for reliable and experienced marketer to increase patient census. The Ideal Candidate will:
Open and manage
Serve as a liaison to facilitate the transition to home care service as appropriate
Meet with social workers, physicians, discharge planners and allied healthcare professionals to create patient referral flow and promote quality of care and our services
Identify target markets, create and implement marketing plan
Develop professional relationships with Community based programs
Educate patients and/or family members regarding services provided
Requirements:
At least 1 year home care marketing experience
Must be self-starter and positive motivator
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Must have Driver?s License and own a car
