Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - The CSI Companies is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant for our client in the Las Vegas, NV area.
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday Business Hours
Specific Duties:
1. Supporting communication between Provider and Patient regarding Medicare coverage
2. Assisting with transition and connecting to SSC
3. Offering additional education regarding changers or liaison between SSC/licensed Sales Broker
4. Coordinating appointments with SSC/licensed Sales Broker either pre-open enrollment or during
5. This team will not only promote service, compassion, diversity and inclusion, but act as a role model and represent the company at the highest level of professionalism
Must have :
1. Minimum of three years' experience in leadership, healthcare, customer service or patient experience-related field required.
2. Critical thinking, service excellence and excellent interpersonal communication skills
3. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as writing and editing skills required.
4. Ability to plan, organize and be flexible in response to shifting priorities and multiple clients.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, awareness of body language and facial expressions as-well-as ability to deescalate potential service related issues
