We need someone with:
Very strong conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills that can address multiple components in varying media for any given campaign
The ability to develop, present, execute and manage a highly integrated, multi-layered program from concept to final production
Both interactive and print experience?including websites, online advertising and SEM, animations/video
Ability to see the forest and each tree
Mastery of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience making MS Word and PowerPoint documents look like they?re not Word or PowerPoint
A great attitude, a sense of humor, a passion for the business, positive energy and the desire to be a team player (a love of dogs doesn?t hurt either).
