Marketing Manager Job Opening in Greenwich, Connecticut - Sterling Care is a multi-dimensional Home Health Care Agency providing medical and non-medical home care for older adults. We need a passionate, hardworking, innovative and versatile marketing professional to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be a key player in promoting the organization to a wide variety of key audiences, assisting the marketing team in strategic planning, development, advertising and PR initiatives to a variety of different target markets for our service lines.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
Assisting with cross-platform marketing campaigns including print, email/online, event, social media and more
Development of marketing and training materials.
Developing original content and updating the company websites, blogs, social media platforms.
Coordinating select PR initiatives to best position and promote different Sterling Care service lines to the extended community.
Working with sales staff, prospects, caregivers, vendors and partners to promote Sterling Care among key referral sources.
Assisting with the distribution of marketing and recruiting materials.
Developing relationships with the communities that we serve directly with referral sources, key influences, and the media.
Overseeing select vendor relationships (i.e. graphic designers, printers, videographers, etc) to increase efficiencies and identify new opportunities.
Coordinating the printing, production, and delivery of marketing materials.
Overseeing a variety of administrative duties as needed as it relates to the marketing, sales and recruitment functions of the organization.
Developing methods for measuring, tracking and analyzing data to assess the value of marketing efforts.
This role requires versatility, creativity, very strong writing skills, excellent technology skills and a can-do work ethic. Must have significant experience in ad and content creations, advanced skills in using social media and an outgoing personality.
Healthcare marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
All candidates must have a bachelor?s degree or higher.
