Senior Manager, Business Analyst-148-17RS Job Opening in Greenwich, Connecticut - Contract-
The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for identifying business requirements and process improvements for multiple systems which include creating projects, process specifications, business and functional documentation and conducting quality inspections. Should have a technical background. The team will also be responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Requires a bachelor's degree. Must have strong project management skills, be able to partner with internal resources to provide direction during project. Able to build and work with a large virtual team across various groups. Solve highly complex data and system-related problems, resulting in timely and accurate document reporting and project team communication. Act as primary subject matter expert for the business unit. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
