The primary duty is to support the Account Managers (Outside Sales Reps) by managing multiple projects for their customers to include submittals, O&M?s and purchasing HVAC products for the projects in a profitable manner.
Must be very organized, have strong communication and time management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing project timelines and ensuring projects are completed to the specifications and guidelines of the project. Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team to problem solve or work independently.
Successful candidates for this position should have the following:
Experience in HVAC or construction industry. Related education may be considered as a substitute for experience
Light commercial and residential HVAC product sales
Wholesale and retail sales experience
General HVAC product knowledge
Two years customer service
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and employment verifications
