Training Coordinator Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - eHealthScreenings, one of the nation's leading on-site biometric health screening companies, is looking to hire an Operations Training Coordinator. In this position the Ops Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing the scheduling and training of contract staff throughout the country.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Training contract Phlebotomist Technicians on developing best practices and protocols specified for each screening event
Ensures consistent documentation and complete verification of Technician's training
Prepares reports as requested
Writes and implements new procedures as necessary to remain in compliance
Remains in constant contact with Technicians regarding scheduling and unforeseen issues
Expertly maintains detailed files and training records
Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and multi-task in a changing healthcare environment
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Record training activities
Attend all Company required trainings and meetings
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of training experience preferred
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, and Excel; experience using virtual training software is preferred
