Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Our company is looking for a full-time outside sales and customer service representative. BS/BA degree preferred. Lighting experience preferred. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Duties will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Must maintain and expand customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Provide client with recommendations to product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp attention to details. Must have ability to work independently.
