JOB OVERVIEW:
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Write and execute technical white papers, press releases, and marketing material
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear, concise manner and work with software trainers and project managers to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions. If you have previous experience as a Technical Writer in the medical software industry, we encourage you to submit an application.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:
Google Suite of Apps (i.e. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledgeable of medical terminology
Knowledgeable of the operations of a medical practice and ambulatory surgery centers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for an audience in healthcare
Responsible, positive, and professional attitude in all aspects of your performance
Works well with others as well as independently
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Communications or Technical Communications (or related field)
At least 1-2 years of technical writing experience in a software development setting
Prior experience in the medical industry a plus
