Knowledge of iSCSI, CiFS, NFS, and fiber channel
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Job Description: Under minimal supervision, responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise wide Windows, VDI ? Horizon\XenDesktop, VMware, Storage ? NetApp & Cohesity and Citrix server environments. Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Maintains data files and monitors system configurations to ensure data integrity. Senior level requires very little, if any, day-to-day supervision. Is considered an expert in the technical aspects of networks and servers and makes solid, and well thought out, technical recommendations to a designated manager and the Director of Infrastructure Operations. Provides guidance and direction to less-experienced Systems Engineers
