SUMMARY:
Perform all daily, monthly and support, human resources management, and office services. Duties include staffing, budgeting, administrative support, mail, bookkeeping, and/or other related functions. Directly participates in administrative decision making; establishes, implements, and enforces office policies and procedures, and sets workflow priorities and standards. Responsible for maintain company workflow and ensuring all are completed in a accurate/timely manner. Performs tasks which require advanced skills in organization and planning, and overall knowledge of other departments. Assist President of the company with any and all special assignments as needed.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and functions may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
Supervises personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Performs daily administrative operations; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
Input, review, reconcile, and evaluate monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system reports for accounts; assists with fiscal planning, development, and management of annual budgets.
Processes payroll for company, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, and/or employment documents.
Prepare all weekly AP check runs, AR payments, reconcile all Company bank statements and prepare cash flow analysis to maintain accurate financial information.
Assists with the development and implementation of reporting procedures; maintain department records and/or inventories.
Oversee personal computer functions such as scheduled and special reports, correspondence, and database management.
Ensure Company has proper technical equipment and information needed to keep up with advanced technologies to complete assignments, i.e. computers, fax, servers, software, etc.
Coordinate seminars/tradeshow literature, travel arrangements, special projects, and/or events.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in area of specialty.
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, ACT and Peachtree.
Internet savvy.
Customer service experience
