Administrative Assistant Job Opening in West Palm Beach, Florida - Creative Solutions is a homecare company providing medical and non-medical healthcare professionals to assist clients with their needs in the home setting. Our goal is to deliver professional, ethical, compassionate and quality care to all of our clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self starter with the skill sets and experience to work in a fast paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to coordinating and maintain records for staff, data entry, customer services, phones and creating/modifying documents using Microsoft office and Excel. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. This position is full-time 9am-5pm M-F. Benefits include paid vacation and a company matched 401k plan
Minimum Requirements to Apply : High school education or higher, 2 years experience working in a similar capacity ( administrative assistant , office manager or data entry ), reliable transportation, 2 professional references, ability to pass local and federal background check and drug screening.
