Medical Billing Specialist Job Opening in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE
Growing healthcare company is looking for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of medical billing including the ability to enter claims information and then evaluate, manage and work the accounts through to completion. Reading and understanding EOB's, posting payments, filing appeals and working the AR is essential. The position also requires making phone calls to patients and insurance companies to resolve accounts.
Candidates must:
Have at least 3 years of recent experience specific to medical billing and claims resolution
Have experience working from and understanding EOB's
Have the ability to follow-up with insurance companies and patients to resolve the accounts
Be detail-oriented
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Be proficient with various software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer systems
Be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Only serious candidates with demonstrated medical billing experience should apply.
