Responsible for managing all corporate services in the market. Accountable for driving the branch to achieve and surpass productivity, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objects. Responsible for and the oversight of the delivery of care to all patients served by the branch.

Bachelor's degree in management, administration, financial or equivalent.
Valid PA Driver?s License
1-2 years prior management experience in a health related field with expertise in sales and marketing.
Basic Math and Keyboard Proficiency. Healthcare Billing Experience. Knowledge of Payor/Insurance Benefits. Proficient Spelling Skills. Functional Skills on PC and Related Software (Microsoft Office) of basic Office Equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc. Proficiency in the use of Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and various software in Microsoft Office including communication, interpersonal and organizational leadership ability, independent thinking and decision-making ability; analytical problem solving skills, sound judgment; excellent oral and written communication skills, must be able to function in a team judgment, problem solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to follow directions from other team members; works independently assigned to communicate with all members of the health care thinking and decision-making oral and written communication to multi-task and prioritize working knowledge of computers and office equipment.
Preferred Factor:
3-5 years prior management experience in health related field. Sales and marketing experience in healthcare.
