Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Farmingdale, Maine - Full-time, Contract to Hire position! The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel, Word & Outlook and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Position will entail heavy data entry, phone back-up, and other general clerical duties as assigned. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Casual work environment!
Two good employment references, mature work ethic and a high school diploma or equivalent are needed.
