Lease Administrator Job Opening in Minnetonka, Minnesota - This is a Lease Administrator role at a growing Equipment Leasing Company Located in the Minnetonka Area. In this role, you will be in direct contact with both our clients and vendors, so a friendly, organized, and detail oriented individual is ideal/ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (mainly Word and Excel) is preferred. Knowledge of the leasing industry is also preferred but not required.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Generate and deliver accurate lease documents to new & existing clients.
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service both internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within each account and communicate them to the sales team and company leadership.
- Recording client data, information, and orders into our Lease Accounting System.
- Effectively manage client equipment orders and vendor payments.
- Log clients payment and accounts receivable.
- Various basic accounting projects.
- Contribute to building the corporate culture consistent with the company's mission.
Job Type: Full-time
Required education:
High school or equivalent
