Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, in conjunction with his/her coworkers, oversees front-of-house operations in Hotel Andaluz, dining, host, bar and lounge areas, while providing a high level of customer service and interaction with guests to ensure they receive a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, non-food supplies, and budgets.
Work with head chef on menus.
Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting for revenue and expenditures.
Oversee accounting, auditing, and ordering of food supplies.
Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction.
Utilizes leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management
Inspects dining area and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
All other responsibilities as requested.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining setting.
Skills:
Extensive front of house knowledge;
Knowledge of financial aspects
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Work requires interactions with customers, public and internal coworkers.
Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Must have excellent work ethics
