Lead Software Developer Job Opening in Lindon, Utah - The Lead Software Developer will head the development of multiple projects, and will be the ultimate owner of the design, development, test, and operational support of complex software as well as the enhancement of existing software. This position will initially be responsible for analyzing an existing eCommerce fulfillment web service, implementing data parsing to ensure input and output correlation of the web service, and then working directly with business analysts to design a replacement service suited to the current and future needs of the business. Additionally, this position will work directly with IT leadership to guide the future development efforts of the organization. This position reports to the V.P. of Information Technology.

1. Work with business analysts and key stakeholders to ensure all relevant requirements are gathered in the pre-design phase.
2. Architect, design, test, and support promotion to production software solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Provide guidance and input for the ongoing growth of the software development team (both in-house and outsourced).
4. Provide collaborative input as a key player in the IT Department.
