Product Launch Specialist Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Launch Specialist with an educational background in microbiology or related field to join a company who plans to immediately begin selling antimicrobial products to Healthcare, Food and Agricultural Industries and Mold Remediation within the US.
Location : Position is based in Phoenix, Arizona
Salary: Negotiable and includes other company benefits
Territory: United States
Travel: Domestic
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Primary responsibility is to develop sales strategies to engage and support the various sector focus industries. The successful candidate will identify and develop the appropriate strategy for each industry group; accountable for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in Healthcare, Food, Agricultural Industries and Mold Remediation.
Works effectively on a collaborative team to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing/sales plans for innovative products and services.
Provide detailed direction to management for achievement of marketing objectives in terms of specific actions. Establish and review bench-marks to determine level of success. Collect, interpret and act upon detailed analysis of sales vs. objectives by market segments.
Maintain and initiate commercial contracts with customers, such as but not limited to; quotes, requests for information (RFI), proposals etc. in accordance with the sales plan and company guidelines.
Be responsible for achieving personal objectives/targets taking into account the limitations in capacity and according to guidelines communicated by management.
Maintain effective communication with the trade through regular field travel, convention attendance, customer visits and third party influence contacts. Keep abreast of trade developments and communicate same to management.
Experience and Skills
3-5 years of applicable and progressively expanded healthcare, food and or agricultural industry experience.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships with cross functional partners to execute on shared goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
Exceptional analytical and strategical thinking capabilities.
Familiarity with FDA, EPA and the Center for Disease Control practices.
Networking within the healthcare, food and agricultural sector a plus.
Activity in professional societies or specific sector trade associations.
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
B.S in microbiology or related field from an accredited institution
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
Ability to travel outside the office 50-60% of the time. Candidates must have a valid driver?s license
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
