Responsibilities:
The Direct Sales Team is helping customers across the Americas to implement Odoo. The Software Sales Consultant is in charge of the commercial part of the sales cycle: analyzing the customer's needs, providing product demos, presenting the best suited implementation program, and writing proposals. The Software Sales Consultant works closely with Business Analysts who are in charge of the delivery: evaluating project feasibility, validation of requirements, configuration, and support.
Get in contact with potential customers who have shown interest in Odoo inbound and outbound leads (calls, e-mails, product demos, and webinars).
Understand and improve how customers work today.
How do they interact with their customers, what is their billing process, what are the key logistics flows, and how Odoo will help them to be more efficient.
Establish a tailored implementation package and negotiate its content with the customer.
Coordinate with the team of functional consultants who will deliver the implementation.
Follow up with customers to build a long term relationship with them.
Our Software Sales Consultants are in contact with a large diverse pool of customers in many regions covering different industries.
Your Profile
Must Have
Between 1 and 5 years experience in inside sales in the software sector (apps and/or subscriptions).
We also hire entry level candidates directly out of college.
You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
You are an excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of CRM, ERP, SaaS, or B2B sales

Compensation and Perks:

Full-time position with an attractive salary, range on target (base + commission) $60K - $80K based on experience.
