National Sales Manager Job Opening in Farmington, Michigan - The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that has worked with distribution channels, direct customers and OEM's to grow market share and revenues.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years fluid power or hydraulic sales experience.
Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual.
Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience selling to distributors, OEM?s and end users
Strong technical background in industrial
Strong verbal, written, and PC skills in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities :
Grow sales with current customer base while identifying and developing new customers.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Develop a market strategy for maximum ROI.
Provides product training at the distributor and customer levels.
Perform market assessments and competitor analysis.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients? needs.
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Drive sales growth to meet annual sales goals.
Work closely with engineering and customer service to provide the best solution to meet the end customers? requirements.
Respond to technical issues, coordinate and oversee resolution of problems.
