Sales Professional Job Opening in West Lafayette, Indiana - We currently have an opening for a Sales Professional, a full-time, a fast-paced and rewarding position that offers a great opportunity for a qualified candidate.
You will assist family members in purchasing funeral and burial arrangements, and maintain positive communications with client families before, during and after the service. In this position, you will provide answers to questions about the funeral and/or burial process, as well as the type of merchandise needed, guiding family members through the process.

Responsibilities Include:
Providing excellent customer service to families
Prospecting, networking and obtaining referrals
Assisting families with the selection of appropriate and desired merchandise and/or services, ensuring that all options have been presented
Learning the industry via our online educational classrooms and other materials
Learning company products, services, pricing plans and promotions
Giving presentations to individuals and groups about the importance of pre-planning, using company provided tools and presentation materials to deliver a strong consistent message
Using our lead tracking CRM system
Job Requirements:
Sales experience is helpful
Previous customer service experience helpful
Comfortable using a computer
High level of empathy, compassion, understanding, and patience
High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed
Desire to help others, and earn a competitive income
Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
Creative, Outgoing and Energetic
Driver's license
