Sales & Business Ops Specialist Job Opening in New York, New york - Unique and growing global advertising data company, SMI, is looking for a Sales & Business Ops Specialist in our global HQ in New York.
This role will be responsible for a variety of important support tasks that help our business run smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities range from some office management and personal assistant tasks to owning our Salesforce set up and being our go-to PowerPoint presentation editor.

Key Responsibilities:
General office management: ordering snacks, supplies, keeping things tidy, main contact for the building and managing the calendars for our meeting rooms
Light executive and personal assistance to the CEO including some calendaring and some minor errands
Support our growing Sales team with creating/editing client PowerPoint presentations, prospecting and other support tasks
Own Salesforce implementation by managing the process and the people who will be using it
General assistance with marketing initiatives
Some client services team support
Desired Skills & Experience:
Entry level to 2-3 years of experience
Strong ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
Self-starter eager to learn new things and take on new challenges
Strong PowerPoint skills and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM software
Experience with start-ups or medium sized growth companies preferred
Team player comfortable with collaborating with cross-functional teams
BA/BS required
