Sales Representative Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to make outbound phones, and update customer files simultaneously
Availability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Outgoing, friendly demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work in a competitive team environment
Confident delivering information to customers as assigned by management
Ability to retain product information, and stay up to date with factory updates as needed
Sales Representatives Requirements
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and have a clean motor vehicle record with the MVD
Must have a business professional appearance and demeanor when dealing with store clientele
Will have a reliable means of getting to and from work, and will be on time for all scheduled shifts
Understanding that there will be times on occasion that customer?s or their bank financing may need further attention from the sales representative on scheduled days off, after hours, etc
