Due to growth, we are seeking an individual with a history of building and growing accounts as a ?Road Warrior? National Accounts Sales Director based in the Charlotte area.

In this position, you must be comfortable with establishing and maintaining relationships with key people within our top accounts throughout the U.S. at the corporate headquarters, regional headquarters or other key buying locations driving both satisfaction and penetration within each account. The full measure of the success of the position will be maintaining premium customer satisfaction and forever deepening the billable footprint driving increased revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience selling in a recurring revenue model and/or leasing or renting large ticket items. This executive position requires overnight travel at least 3-4 nights per week and will report directly to our VP of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
Raising awareness of the EGD solution throughout the customer?s entire management team
Maintaining and expanding relationships with an assigned list of National customers
Increase revenues with each account and champion strategic account objectives
Grow overall National Account revenue (by 25%) by adding new ?logo? business, new sites and adding new services to existing sites
Qualifications include:
Bachelor?s Degree
Security industry contacts (Preferred, but not Must Have)
Availability for overnight travel a minimum of 3 nights each week is a must ? ?Road Warrior?
5 years of sales experience selling to C-Level contacts
Demonstrated success working in an industrial sales environment selling to enterprise accounts
History of mapping out, penetrating and increasing revenue within national accounts
Security or Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) experience strongly preferred
Strong relationship building skills essential
Documented records of achievements
Extensive weekly travel required
Excellent communications skills with all levels - 'C-level' and down
Earnings history in excess of $140K
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently
Experience working from a remote office and use of CRM ? Salesforce proficiency a strong plus
Clean driving record
Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug test, and future random drug tests
