JOB TITLE: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Status : Full time
General Duties:
Primary day-to-day responsibility for accrual based bookkeeping functions using Sage MIP Not for Profit Software.
Maintaining accounts payable and some accounts receivable; preparing and mailing disbursements
Some ad hoc report generation
Account reconciliations
Maintenance of financial records? filing and other administrative tasks
Reporting to and assisting Executive team
Qualifications :
Some knowledge of Sage MIP desired, comfort level transitioning to this software
Desire 3-5 years? experience as full charge bookkeeper in a medium size company
Not for profit experience
Experience working with governmental grants desired
Advanced Excel skills
High school diploma and college level accounting coursework or equivalent
Needs to be proficient communicating and reporting in English
