Automotive Sales Manager Job Opening in Providence, Rhode island - Immediate Opening!
Looking for a seasoned Automotive Sales Desk Manager / Floor Manager for a well established and growing dealership. Must have desking and F&I background, demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to develop an effective sales team.
The ideal candidate must have a consistent history of benchmark CSI and sales effectiveness in both new and used vehicles and display excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record for producing the proper blend of gross and volume; understand 'deal structure'; and be committed to extensive sales training and coaching.
Chevrolet, Jeep, Nissan, Toyota, Ford, Honda experience helpful as is Reynolds & Reynolds.
