We have 5 locations in the Seattle Metro and several locations in Oregon. The Tux Shop has been in business since 1965. We strive to provide excellent customer service and knowledge to our customers.
Customer Service is the key to our business. To successful at The Tux Shops, you need to always provide the best service possible to every customer that walks through the door or calls us.
Connect with every customer by greeting them warmly, asking open-ended questions, and engaging them in product related conversation
Add relevant information for the tuxedo rental process
Thank every customer regardless of purchase
Drive Sales & Profitability:
Collecting information from customers at the time of renting or purchasing
Provide feedback to store management about customer requests, reaction to merchandise, and store environment
Recognize new leads and schedule an appointment
Minimum Qualifications:
No specified education accomplishments are necessary
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, multiple garments, etc.) for a short distance
Competencies:
Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities
Handle money and credit card payments
Good communication and organization skills
Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems
Time management and prioritize
Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
