Role Purpose
You will be responsible for increasing our revenue for Professional Qualifications and Public Course offerings in the Americas.
Role Responsibilities
Achieve sales growth for Americas
Contacting warm leads via telephone and email to maximise revenue
Undertake targeted outbound telesales campaigns to cold leads
Respond to all incoming leads and customer service enquiries
Assist with other projects when needed (e.g. industry accreditations and affiliations)
Attend industry events and conferences as required
Target and track progress on relevant IT and CRM systems and provide accurate and timely reports using this medium
Role Requirements
1 ? 3 years business development, sales or similar B2C target driven environment experience
Working in a B2C market place or working with large numbers of individual clients
Significant experience in telesales or high call volume environment
Any experience of financial training products would be advantageous
Proven track record of exceeding objectives and targets
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent written English
Well-spoken and articulate
Highly motivated, tenacious and hard working
Enthusiastic and energetic
Team player
