Applicants must have the minimum experience working in the home health arena before applying. RN's applying must have a valid Louisiana RN license free of flags,must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation. All applicants will be considered. Primary consideration will be given to those with competancy in the following areas:
>Oasis C training
>Home Health work experience
>Assessment,Wound Care and Venipuncture skills
>Developing a Plan of Care in conjunction with the patient
>Behavior modification
>Medication
>Coordination of Care with other care providers
>Disease management and teaching
>Healthcare Coaching
>Wound Care Certification
>Medicare psych credential
>Cardiac Rehab
> IV infusion
>Diabetes Certified
>Case management
