Key Holder/Sales Lead Job Opening in Newington, New hampshire - This position is a Tempary seasonal position for the back to school and holiday season position will run to approximately the end of January.
Position Summary:
The sales lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving store financial gos by demonstrating selling behaviors and sales floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies

Customer service and sales floor leadership:
- Provide and model legendary customer service to all customers
- Maintain awareness of customer traffic - Interact effectively with other employees, management and customers - Inform supervisor of employee performance issues and concerns

Store operations:

Requirements:
Work schedule:
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week and minimum of 3 days a week
- Availability must all for the store to adhere to company policy and effective scheduling
- Must be able to work the weekend following Thankgiving included but not limited to Black Friday itself
Physical Requirements:
- Work quickly to complete physical tasks such as showing merchandise to customers, placing merchandise in fixtures, setting new lines, completing daily maintenance which includes, but not limited to, climbing ladders, cleaning, and lifiting boxes ranging from 5-50 lbs
- Possess the ability to read, write, and conduct business-related mathematics
- Operate a register terminal and calculator
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous management skills
- 1 year in speciality retail
- Open availability perfered but not required (but must have two nights of closing availability and at least one weekend day of availability)
