Vascular Lab Recall Scheduler Job Opening in Springfield, Oregon - Our growing general surgery clinic is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated Scheduler to join our staff. We see 30 ? 80 patients per day and serve a variety of specialized needs, particularly in our Vascular Lab. If you enjoy fast-paced work and take a meticulous approach to your tasks, we are interested in hearing from you. This position involves communicating with patients both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules with surgeons, nurses, ultrasound and outside imaging service providers
Greet and schedule patients who walk into the clinic
Answer calls to our dedicated scheduling line
Change appointments for our patients and providers
Work in emergent appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
Manage Vascular recall patient flow
Registration and insurance verification
Assist walk in patients with directions pertaining to Riverbend Campus
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in healthcare and knowledge of terminology highly desired
High school diploma/GED
Available to work 8 am ? 5 pm, Mon-Fri
