CRM Solutions Developer Job Opening in New York, New york - The CRM Solutions Developer will be challenged to design and develop innovative and cost-savings Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that improve end-user productivity and increase overall efficiencies. This hands-on position will document clear, concise, and complete functional requirements related to CRM projects, and write detailed description of end-user needs, program functionality, and steps required to develop new or modify existing CRM applications. The developer will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Solutions, who will guide and assist in the requirements gathering, documentation processes, and project management, but a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to plan and accomplish goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement MS CRM solutions
Assist with maintaining a platform roadmap and future direction for MS CRM within the enterprise
Customize the system to meet the business needs of the Institute, including customizing and creating MS CRM entities, understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
Design and develop UX Extensibility with Plugins
Create estimates on time and effort to complete assignments based on end-user requirements
Design and develop MS CRM solutions that integrate with existing and new ANSI systems and applications
Migrate existing, as well as, design and develop new solutions utilizing WCF Web Services and MS CRM
Participate fully and actively in MS CRM solution deployments and provisioning activities
Participate in software development projects that are not based on the MS CRM framework
Qualifications:
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience developing solutions for CRM version 2013 and higher a must
6+ years of strong, hands-on , C# development experience, with strong knowledge of Object Oriented and development principles, methodologies, and tools, which would include, but are not be limited to, the following: xRM, Web Services, WCF, Multithreading, LINQ, Entity Framework, JQuery, and Bootstrap
6+ years of Microsoft SQL server experience with strong knowledge of relational database principals and TSQL (DML, DDL, DCL, and TCL)
Experience designing reports using Microsoft SQL Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience doing customizations with , JavaScript, HTML, and XML
Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying MS CRM Organizations
Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating MS CRM entities
Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business processes and workflows
Demonstrated proficiency using the MS CRM SDK or plugin platforms
Experience with source control management systems and continuous environments
Internally motivated, able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Strong desire to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent
