Automotive Sales Representative's responsibilities:
Assisting customers in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle by gathering information, highlighting features, demonstrating vehicle operation, taking test drives, reviewing warranties, explaining dealer services and delivering the vehicle.
Qualifying buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Closing sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price.
Following up with unsold prospects to increase sales
Develop consistent repeat and referral business, with consistent follow up of previously sold customers.
Provide high-level of customer service and Customer Satisfaction Scores
