Recruitment Specialist Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for assisting with the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented. The Recruitment Specialist will assist with setting recruitment measurements and distributes the job vacancies across the corporate recruiters while building a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development of the recruitment team in human resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with developing recruitment strategies and programs to achieve required staffing levels.
Assist with developing advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Meets with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.
Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff.
Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
Assist with developing and conducting training programs for managers with a goal of improving. recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover.
Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring and statistics.
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Participates in development of annual recruiting budget.
Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Leadership skills
Social Media Knowledge.
3+ years? experience in the Recruitment discipline.
Ability to communicate effectively to Management to ensure compliance.
Experience developing and/or delivering Recruitment programs.
Proficient with job boards and ATS.
Google and Microsoft suite
Ability to take the initiative and drive innovation.
