Staffing Outside Sales Rep Job Opening in Memphis, Tennessee - 901-Resources is a staffing agency that specializes in temporary, contract, temp to hire and direct hire placements in Clerical, Medical, Executive, Light Industrial & IT positions. We're currently seeking an Outside Sales Rep. This person should have strong communication skills, the ability to develop key contacts and feel comfortable in an outside sales environment. This position offers unlimited growth potential. The following is a list of the primary job responsibilities:
Direct responsibility to drive sales efforts through outside B2B sales processes * Achieve sales goals weekly * Review current established relationships to eliminate unprofitable accounts and/or to adjust pricing structure to secure profitable gross margin return * Analyze and project sales targets * Manage new client data and grow existing client data base * Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations manager to ensure smooth handoffs. * Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals * Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating how 901-Resources can meet their needs. * Develops and implements sales plans and associated activities. * Submit job order tickets to Operations & Office Manager, facilitate introductions between new clients and work with Recruiting Team to set up customized services according to clients' specifications. * Manage new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients' needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed. * Initiates personal growth by understanding market trends and actively networking. These are the minimum qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. * 3 years minimum outside Sales experience (1 year of previous Sales experience in Staffing) * Ability to analyze industry trends and penetrate key client organizations across sales territory. * A high level of comfort with performing cold calls and delivering professional, formal presentations. * The ability to identify prospective customers' needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients. * Action and results oriented attitude. Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the sale. * Possess a creative, energetic and positive attitude.
