Grounds Foreman Job Opening in fairbanks, Alaska - Grounds Foreman Local Company seeking a Grounds Foreman! This position is seasonal, full-time M-F. Salary will be based on experience. This is a mid level position. Applicant must be highly dependable, motivated, organized, team player, and have excellent time and management skills. The Grounds Foreman is a team leader who will oversee 10-15 seasonsal grounds employees. This position will coordinate daily grounds needs and scheduling for three residential properties under the direction and collaboration of the Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will possess working knowledge of grounds procedures. Duties will include maintaining equipment, lawn care, planting and maintaining ornamented trees, shrubs and flowers.
