Inside Sales Telemarketing Representative Job Opening in Lake Mary, Florida - This is a Salary Plus Commission Full Time Position!
The North American Crane Bureau, Inc. () is recognized as the premier crane and heavy equipment safety training organization in our industry. We are seeking an aggressive inside business to business (B2B), Inside Telemarketing Sales Associate to contact and generate sales to a well-established National Client Base as well as generating new leads and sales. You will be working from our corporate offices in Lake Mary, FL as a Regularly Scheduled Sales Associate.
Duties include:
Work directly for our National Sales Manager in Lake Mary, FL
Prospect and develop business relationships utilizing an established client base, telemarketing and networking skills
Presentation of proposed services through phone and electronic communications
Close self-generated and lead-driven business opportunities
Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory
Work directly with admin staff for support, technical assistance and account management
Problem solving and/or complaint resolution
Documentation of accounts (new, status, follow ups, etc.) through internal CRM program
40+ hours per week expected
Required education and Skills:
High school or equivalent
One or more years of experience through Telemarketing, Inside (B2B) sales; proven sales history; consistently increasing sales production
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, presentation skills, gaining commitment, negotiation)
Skill in being self-motivated and managing your schedule
Skill in written and verbal communication
Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service
Business acumen and the ability to calculate numbers and amounts
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skill in adapting to new company software
Skill in using the internet to research target industries and specific businesses
Compensation:
Package includes base salary, plus commission.
This position requires a clean background check and a valid driver?s license.
