Senior Virtual Recruiter - Semiconductor & Defense Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Are you an experienced recruiter looking for steady work with some world-class clients? Face-2-Face Talent Solutions () is a boutique global recruitment company working with several well-known clients in Arizona and internationally in the defense, aerospace and semiconductor industries, and we are in need of an ambitious Recruiter to:
Cold call passive candidates (usually at work) from a list of pre-screened candidate leads (approximately 40-60 calls per day)
Present opportunities over the phone and send additional information to candidates via email
Conduct brief phone screens to pre-qualify candidates
Track progress in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Follow-up with candidates via phone and email in order to confirm interest and obtain required information for our clients
This is a work-from-home, independent contractor (1099) role paid by the hour, working full-time for one of our large semiconductor or defense clients on a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) basis. Searches will focus on semiconductor, defense or aerospace engineering skill sets (embedded software engineering, digital/analog design, field application engineering, signal processing, mechanical systems design, etc.), from mid to senior technical leadership levels. You will be paired with a full-time researcher who will populate our ATS with "cold" candidates for you to contact. Success in this role depends on your ability to spend a full work day engaging candidates by conducting cold outreach via phone, email and . We provide the data and technical infrastructure, and you provide an excellent phone demeanor, email writing skills and the ability to identify and focus on A candidates.
You must have your own computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home office. You can be based anywhere in the US. Hours can be flexible to some extent but core hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST in order to make initial contact with candidates, and some evening and weekend hours will be necessary in order to speak with candidates who are not available to talk during their work day.

Required Skills and Experience:
Prior technical recruitment experience required, preferably in defense, aerospace or semiconductor industries
Prior experience recruiting Embedded Systems Engineers, Digital/Analog Designers, Embedded Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and/or Aerospace Engineers is preferred
Prior cold-calling experience required - must be very comfortable calling people at work for most of your day
Excellent phone skills are required
Excellent verbal and written English skills are required
Computer skills required (must be able to enter and manipulate data in Excel and in an applicant tracking system)
Any other technical aptitude will be a plus, in order to better understand requirements of engineering positions assigned
Bachelor's degree required. Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any Engineering discipline is preferred.
Prior military experience or defense industry experience a plus
University recruitment experience a plus
