Responsibilities
personal sales goals by developing selling skills through Company training programs.
sales goal by maintaining a daily focus on standards achievement.
an active, assertive effort to sell the guest. Seeks to identify and sell according to the guest?s needs and buying potential. Works the lease line and payment counter in an effort to solicit sales. Participates in guest calling on a regular basis.

a complete knowledge of the merchandise. Learns the features and benefits through sales meetings, trade magazines and independent study. Completes the Diamontology course.
guest service skills to provide quality service to the guest, thus assuring repeat sales.

a full understanding of Company sales and credit policies and procedures.
all Company directives, policies and procedures.
and maintains the saleability of the merchandise (i.e., that it is ticketed properly, clean and attractively displayed).
and accurately estimates costs on jewelry and watch minor repair service as necessary.
the appearance of the sales floor and display areas. Keeps showcases,windows, back rooms and under stock clean and orderly.
